These Terms govern your use of BCRP.Company, Warsaw, Poland.

BCRP.Company provides dunning workflows, recovery metrics, and Stripe Connect integrations for subscription revenue recovery.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login codes and account access.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You may not use the service to violate laws or abuse third-party systems.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to charge your selected plan.

You can cancel at any time through Stripe or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCRP.Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of revenue or data.

These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU law.

Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Poland. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
